International English Olympiad (IEO) Exam Pattern for 2024-25
The International English Olympiad (IEO) 2024-25 exam pattern is structured to assess students' proficiency in English through a variety of sections, tailored to different class groups.

For classes 1 to 4
The exam consists of 35 questions distributed across four sections: Word and Structure Knowledge (15 questions), Reading (10 questions), Spoken and Written Expression (5 questions), and an Achievers Section (5 questions with 2 marks each). The total marks for this group are 40.

For classes 5 to 12
The exam includes 50 questions across the same sections but with an increased emphasis on Word and Structure Knowledge (30 questions) and a higher marking scheme for the Achievers Section, which has 3 marks per question. The total marks for this group are 60.

For classes 3 & 4
In a different category, the exam pattern includes 35 questions: 20 in Word and Structure Knowledge, 10 in Reading, and 5 in the Achievers Section with a total of 40 marks.
